The Surrey Healthy Schools team has been successfully facilitating PSHE and citizenship support groups for all PSHE and healthy schools co-ordinators/teachers over the past four years. These twilight sessions provide support for colleagues in all aspects of co-ordination and delivery of PSHE and citizenship and will provide excellent opportunities to network and share practice with other schools.

Secondary PSHE-Leader Network Meetings

These new termly network meetings provide support for colleagues in all aspects of co-ordination and delivery of PSHE. Each meeting will have a specific focus along with regular information, publications and resource updates. These are also excellent opportunities to network, to share practice with other schools and to gain confidence in the delivery of PSHE.

HS Autumn Training 2009 - enhancement model

Healthy Schools Autumn Training 2009 – enhancement model Healthy Schools Autumn

Training Events commencing November 2009.

The training events will run from 9.30 (for a 10am start) until 4pm and be hosted by the respective Regional Coordinators, with support from national colleagues. The programme will include opportunities to practice working at a computer with both the Annual Review and the Health and Wellbeing Improvement Tool, as well as facilitated activities to build confidence in working with schools on the stages of the enhancement model leading up to school commitment at 4b.

Healthy Eating In Schools
