Yoga Bugs
Yoga Bugs is suitable for all children aged between 2 1/2 and 7 years old. It combines yoga with storytelling and enactment, and therefore strengthens the body and mind; it also helps to build confidence through play. It helps to maintain a child's natural flexibility and teaches them to breathe correctly. The classes consist of exciting adventures with songs, stories and relaxation techniques. For more information, contact Hayley Chalwin (0772 540 2650; mrschalwin_x@yahoo.co.uk)

This is the latest addition to the Department of Transport’s picture-based booklet series, which provides parents with children under eight with easy-to-follow advice. Although aimed at parents with poor reading skills or those with English as a second language, it also works well as a quick reminder guide for all parents. To obtain free copies of the booklet call the Department for Transport on 0870 1226 236 or email dft@twoten.press.net quoting reference code TINF 1107 and stating the number of copies you require (maximum five), your contact name and delivery address.
